Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping methods, each with its own flat rate. Please select the shipping method that best suits your needs at checkout.

Shrimp

Shrimp are only shipped with FedEx 2Day.

DOA or Plant Issues

In the rare chance that there is a DOA (dead on arrival) or issue with a plant, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery time and provide a picture of the unopened bag. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

Shipping Schedule

We do our best to follow our shipping schedule, but weather may impact our ability to do so. If there is a weather delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
