D.O.A policy

Here at Shrimpin' Ain't Ez we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy and the shrimp to remain healthy. We can accomplish that by following our D.O.A. Policy.

-Any dead shrimp must be reported within 1 hour of delivery. Picture and 1 video of the casualty must be taken in the unopened bag. Email those to Thomas@shrimpinaintez.com .

-Weather related deaths: We strongly suggest holding off ordering if you are experiencing extreme temperatures. Any recipient experiencing below 55 F or above 90 F will forfeit the "D.O.A. guarantee".
